2023/05/24 - FIM Superbike World Championship 2023: A warm welcome to Autohof Binzen

Dominique Aegerter warmly welcomes Autohof Binzen

Welcoming the Autohof located at the highly frequented national road B3 in Binzen, Baden-Württemberg, two-time Supersport World Champion and last year's MotoE™ World Cup winner is looking forward to a new and hopefully long-lasting successful partnership.

But it took time and a little persuasion to convince managing director Wolfgang Grether, a long-time motorcycle racing fan, that Dominique Aegerter, his absolute favourite on track since several years, would fit well into the advertising concept of the well-known and large auto stop in the tri-border region of Germany, Switzerland and France.

Autohof Binzen is located just a stone's throw from the border from Switzerland to Germany. «More than just refueling - simply feel good» is the company's motto, which many guests from Germany and abroad are happy to embrace.

Exceptional, committed, cordial: That's what Wolfgang Grether and the entire team at Shell Autohof Dreiländereck Binzen stand for around the clock. Autohof Binzen is more than just a service station, making itself well-known for excellent customer service. Vehicles comes first, but if stomach is also humming, customers at the right place as it’s cuisine in a homey atmosphere of high quality and the prices are affordable. Moreover, the garden restaurant, a real green oasis, is known beyond the borders of the municipality.

Wolfgang GRETHER
"Since 2007 I have been sponsoring motorcycle racing with my company «Shell Autohof Dreiländereck in 79589 Binzen», mainly in MotoGP. Many of these years as a partner of Kiefer Racing, where, among others, Dominique Aegerter was racing in Moto2 for them. It was during this time that I got to know Domi personally. I immediately noticed that he is not only an excellent racer, but also a down-to-earth and always friendly guy. In the course of time, I also got to know to his nice family, which I appreciate very much. Winning two times the world championship in Supersport and his move to Superbike class made me and my company decide to end our involvement in MotoGP in time and to support Domi exclusively from this year on. We wish Domi all the best for his rookie season in the highly competitive Superbike World Championship."
